
Kai Zone Academy successfully concluded the "Upskills" training camp, which spanned several days and involved employees from one of the largest NGOs in Jordan. The camp was designed to enhance and develop participants' skills in critical areas such as critical thinking, problem-solving, etiquette, time management, risk management, and effective communication.
The camp featured a series of interactive workshops, providing participants with practical tools and strategies to improve their performance in the workplace. These workshops addressed key topics aimed at strengthening employees’ abilities to make strategic decisions, efficiently handle daily challenges, and foster effective communication between colleagues and management.
