Yasmine Al-Asaad is a PhD researcher in the Department of Business Economics at the University of Jordan. Over the past twenty years, she has dedicated herself to establishing a prominent presence in the fields of business economics and entrepreneurship. As an accomplished economist, Al-Asaad has published numerous research papers, secured a two-year research grant from the Scientific Research Support Fund in Jordan, and contributed to the evaluation of thousands of scientific materials published in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, she has trained hundreds of university students in scientific research skills.
Al-Asaad’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond the business sector to community entrepreneurship. She founded the "Take a Chance Organization," which focuses on sustainable development goals and social entrepreneurship through specialized programs for adolescents. Her organization won third place globally in the BEVOL Global Volunteer Competition for Best Community Entrepreneurship 2021, representing the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan among 51 participating countries.
Committed to furthering her contributions to youth empowerment and scientific research, Al-Asaad founded Kai Zone Academy. She envisions the academy as a beacon of leadership and innovation, serving as a launching pad for the young generation poised to lead the world with strength and determination.
